Property House Street Rankings
The Property-House database is based on the HM Land Registry dataset between April 1st, 2000 and the present day. It shows average prices of properties grouped by postcode, localities and towns and it might be of interest to estate agents, surveyors, house buyers and sellers. If you need more detailed information about general and local property market information, area guides, latest house prices from HM Land Registry, free property valuations and property for sale, we've found the Mouseprice website to be the most comprehensive source of property information available. It includes Land Registry sold price data not only from England and Wales but also Scotland as well. The property valuations seem to be very accurate as well.

Note to rankings: It is important to note that street rankings do not reflect the difference in size of properties on particular streets. This means that streets with larger properties (detached houses) will fair much better in terms of rankings than those with smaller properties (flats), so that the rankings favour streets where the properties are larger on average and hence more expensive.
It is also necessary to consider that between 2000 and 2004 there has been a growth in property prices that the average prices might not reflect. Moreover the data does not capture any discounts or contributions made by housing associations or local councils.
